Hey there!
I always wanted to be the kind of person who drinks green juice and go for 6 am runs. I was a morning person, but I still couldn’t get myself to do those things. I tried all the new health trends and none of them seemed to work. I hate kale and I do not see the value in taking $100 worth of supplements that supposedly “help” you.
That being said I was still able to lose weight, make better decisions, sleep better and boost my self-esteem.
How? Glad you asked.
Just a girl bopping around trying to figure things out and boom yoga comes into my life (queue the groans, no one wants to do a down dog in some leggings) I learned yoga in a way that went deeper than a mat and a cute aesthetic. It helped me to stay humble and get my shit together without having to girl boss and “hey girl” my way through.
I have developed a system to help you get it together without having to Eat Pray Love around the world because A) in this economy? B) who’s got the PTO for that?
